My hours of training are 4:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. M-F and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Sunday. I'm closed on Saturdays. Call me or send me a note to discuss what works for you.
You may sign up for 1 hour sessions or half hour sessions. Our initial consult can determine how many times per week we meet to reach your goals.
I work with adults of all ages. My clients include those with chronic conditions, patients undergoing rehabilitation for an injury, pregnant women, fitness competitors, and cancer survivors.

Once I hear from you over the phone or via email, I schedule an in person or remote video chat consult to discuss your fitness and health concerns. Any fees and frequency of sessions is also discussed during this consultation. All my prices are upfront and I don’t have any complicated fee structure. We can start working on your fitness goals as soon as you decide my services are a good fit for you.
