Fees & Hours


My fees depend upon how you’d like to take your fitness sessions. I offer 3 options to hire me as your personal trainer.

  1. In Studio
  2. In Your Home
  3. Virtual remote sessions conducted over Skype or a platform of your choice

Sessions are 30 minutes or an hour in length, 1 - 3 times a week. I have had clients train over 4x per week.

Training sessions are once per week, minimum.
All my prices are upfront and I don’t have a complicated price structure. Please contact me for details.

I conveniently accept 3 forms of payment:

  3. Checks

Training Hours
Monday - Friday | 4:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday | 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
