I’ve been training with Brady for over 7 years. I’m a very able 70 year old and I attribute that in many ways to Brady. He’s always been caring and understanding. My mobility and balance is still great. I can do walking lunges, lift up my 7 year old grandchildren and hold planks for over two minutes! This is all in contrast to many of my friends who are becoming less mobile and unhealthy. Even with some current health struggles, Brady has coached me to maintain a routine and keep positive. My goal is to be on this earth as long as possible and see my children / grandchildren grow. I feel Brady’s workouts will continue to be a major factor in helping me accomplish this. ~ Nova H.
