Slow and steady wins the race… I’ve been training with Brady Roberts for over 12 years, pretty much nonstop. I am a runner and I love it. Brady has helped me maintain my ability to do what I love. Not only has he improved my strength through well-chosen routines, he has served as a nutritionist, sports injury advisor, and therapist (!) when needed. There are not many trainers who can fill all those roles. He really cares about his clients, and is extremely reliable (always there for our appointments, or in case of a conflict, he always gives lots of warning and attempts to reschedule). We often have great conversations but they do not get in the way of the training; he is very professional. ~ Nancy G.
