I started training with Brady (in early May 2019) after reviewing (and trying) other trainers. I am 62, (was) recovering from a performance injury, weak core, and all the things that come with aging, 20 lbs overweight. He was very careful how we started and how he pushed me so that I didn’t injure myself, but he gave me TOUGH workouts! He helped me achieve my goals which are strength, lose inches, tone muscles, endurance, discipline, motivation, and many more. There was never a day I didn’t enjoy my workouts with Brady.
